Everything is already here: the linens, the pans, the Wi-Fi, a desk in each bedroom. You just move in.
The 1,193-square-foot condo was renovated top to bottom and furnished for living, not for a weekend. Warm oak floors, quartz counters, a fireplace, and a turntable with a wall of records that our first guest singled out.
Utilities, fiber internet and parking are covered in one monthly rent, so there are no accounts to open and nothing to cancel when you leave.

Living room
Two deep velvet sofas, a fireplace, a smart TV and a record player with a wall of classic albums. Sliding doors open onto a private covered patio.

Kitchen and dining
A fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, a dishwasher, a coffee station and a breakfast bar. The dining table seats four by the window.

Primary bedroom
A king bed with a memory-foam mattress and hotel-grade linens, a walk-in closet with room for a real wardrobe, a desk, and its own patio.

Second bedroom
A queen bed and a second desk, so two people can work from home at the same time. Fiber internet reaches every room and both patios.

Two bathrooms
Quartz vanities, matte black fixtures and tub-showers in both. An in-unit washer and dryer means no laundromat runs.

Outside
Two private patios looking onto mature trees, plus the community pool and green spaces. There's a games cabinet inside with board games, pickleball paddles and balls.
