What if my closing date moves?
Stays start at one month, so it's easier to extend or end than a standard 12-month lease. Email us as soon as your dates change.
Can I bring my dog or cat?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome with a one-time $150 pet fee.
Do I need to bring furniture or kitchen things?
No. It's fully furnished, with a full kitchen, linens, a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi.
How much does it cost?
$3,500 a month including utilities, Wi-Fi and parking, or $3,300 a month for six months or longer. There is a one-time $200 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable deposit, and renter's insurance is required.
