How insurance housing usually works
Many homeowner's and renter's policies include coverage often called Additional Living Expenses (ALE) or Loss of Use. It can help pay for temporary housing while your home is repaired. What's covered, the limits and how long it lasts depend on your policy, so check with your claims adjuster before you book.
- Ask your adjuster whether your policy includes ALE or Loss of Use, and what monthly housing amount is approved.
- Ask how payment works: some insurers pay the housing directly, others reimburse you.
- Email us your dates, number of people and pets. We'll send the rate, fees and lease details your adjuster or housing coordinator needs.
- If a temporary housing company is arranging your stay for your insurer, give them our details or ask them to email us.
Why families choose it
- Pet-friendly: dogs and cats welcome, which many hotels and short-term rentals aren't.
- Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen, so daily routines can carry on.
- In-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and utilities included in the monthly rent.
- Monthly stays that can be extended if repairs run long.
- Central location about a mile from Fenton, with quick access to I-40 across Raleigh, Cary and Apex.

Questions
Will my insurance pay for this condo?
It depends on your policy. Many homeowner's and renter's policies include Additional Living Expenses or Loss of Use coverage for temporary housing, but limits and terms vary. Ask your claims adjuster before booking.
Can you send details to my insurance adjuster?
Yes. Email chimae@c3lmo.com and we'll send the rate, fees, dates and lease details your adjuster or housing coordinator needs.
Do we need to buy renter's insurance?
No. If you're displaced from your own home, proof of your existing homeowner's or renter's policy is accepted instead of a new renter's insurance policy.
Can we bring our pets?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome with a one-time $150 pet fee.
What if repairs take longer than expected?
Stays are monthly and can be extended, subject to availability. Let us know as soon as your timeline changes.
How much does it cost?
$3,500 a month including utilities, Wi-Fi and parking, or $3,300 a month for six months or longer. There is a one-time $200 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable deposit.
